Fill in the detailed online medical consultation form and receive advice about your pain problem, including investigation and treatment options (medication choices, injection treatments, stretches and exercises etc.). Here is a sample form to let you see the sort of information required. Please note this form is for demonstration purposes only.
All you need to do is :-
Go to the Online Store and make a single £5.50 secure payment by clicking on the Credit Card OR Cheque Book icon depending on how you wish to pay.
Look out for your Login and Password email.
Login to the Member's Area by clicking on the button found at the top of each page.
Click on Online Consultation from the Member's Main Menu and complete and send the online form. You will receive a reply by email.
You will be able to Login to the Member's Area at any time you wish, to take advantage of new developments and upgrades.
