• Please note that the Login and Password are case sensitive. If you're having trouble please copy and paste them from the original AuthPro email.

Not received your Login and Password from Authpro ?

• Try clicking on Password Reminder, enter your email as requested, and you will receive a Login and Password reminder email.

Returning Members

• If you became a member of The Pain Clinic (formerly known as Coventry Pain Clinic) before 14.06.2005, and do not yet have a Login Name and Password, please Email Me with your Name and Purchase Date, and I will send them to you.

If you're having trouble logging in, please read the information below.

1. Check your email to see whether you have received a payment confirmation from PayPal and your Login Name and Password from AuthPro. Sometimes there can be a 1 - 2 hour delay before these emails arrive.
2. Not received your Login and Password from Authpro ? Click on Password Reminder, enter your email as requested, and you will receive a Login and Password reminder email.
3. Payments by eCheque will take 5 working days to clear. Your Login details will then arrive by email.
4. Make sure that you're trying to Login using this page and not your PayPal account.
5. Login using the Login Name and Password you were given by AuthPro. Do not try to Login using your PayPal user name and password.
6. Have you left Caps Lock on by mistake - the Login and Password are case sensitive. If you're having trouble please copy and paste them from the original AuthPro email.
